Opus 19a:

Cosmic Order #2 for solo horn (1985)

I remember performing this work a few times, most likely when I was doing an Avant-guard new years concert at the Coffee Mill in Oakland California. It did not get assigned an opus number

I have recently (August 2009) unburried it from my boxes that were in storage, I like this work very much. I feel it is a fine work from when I was 24 years old. It is now offically opus 19a.

The recording was performed using the orginal manuscript. I will be revising the folowing sheet music. It's okay up to the missing note in measure five.
